First, go to https://www.instagram.com/accounts/edit and log in with the Facebook details you used while creating the Instagram account.
Next, enter an email address an a username if they are empty, then log out of Instagram.
Go to https://www.instagram.com/accounts/password/reset/ and tap on the reset password. Enter the mail you just fill in the empty on Instagram, or the one there if there was one already.
You will receive a reset link on your email. Open your email and click on the link. It will take you to a reset page.
